Today’s Reading

Daily Scripture Reading and a Reflective Thoughts journal space with the days until Christmas. For families, an adult or older child can read aloud, followed by a family discussion, then record your shared thoughts in the space provided.

Daily Puzzles

Daily puzzles were hand-created without the aid of AI. You’ll find Word Searches, Hidden Message Word Scrambles, Word Making Challenges, and Mazes. Inspired by holiday traditions and Today’s Reading scriptures.

Daily Coloring

Coloring Pages that connect the daily reading or weekly theme. The pre-colored frames serve as inspiration, but your final design is entirely your own. You could color the entire illustration or only the words. You get to choose your own adventure.

The book also includes

The colors are green, red, and gold with grey and black lines. The center features words from the daily reading that can be colored.

The weekly planner is designed to help you set up your week with what is most important: gratitude, prayer, goals, and the most essential to-dos on your long list. The grey lines are there for you to trace in black as a meditative pause while reflecting on the daily reading, and the words and spaces can be colored as well.

At the end of each week, take a moment to recognize how God’s light has touched your life and how you’ve shared your light with others. Write down moments of joy, kindness, or beauty. Each week features Sparkling Acts of Kindness with simple ideas for spreading your light and love to others this season.

Try your best to work the puzzles without peeking at the answers and solutions section provided in the back of the book. Each puzzle indicates the page number where its answer can be found. The Word Making Challenge answers are partial lists of the possibilities. Set a timer and see how many you can create. Have fun!
